Christian Todd Primack Metcalfe v Spruce Street School. Metcalfe and Cochener are divorced with two children who attend Spruce Street School. In 2020, a family law court granted Cochener’s petition to modify a parenting plan. Around the same time, Metcalfe sued Spruce Street alleging retaliation. Cochener intervened in Metcalfe’s lawsuit.
