Princeton Property Management Inc v Kathleen Allen et al. Kathleen Allen and Aaron Allen appeal their residential eviction stemming from a breach of a settlement agreement. The Allens make several arguments, including that the settlement agreement violated the Residential Landlord-Tenant Act of 1973 (RLTA), chapter 59.18 RCW, the breach was immaterial, and the superior court abused its discretion in issuing the writ of restitution.
