The University of Washington School of Law hosts a program entitled “State Courts in Our Democracy: Preserving the Rule of Law.”
The program explores the unique role state courts play in America’s constitutional framework, including safeguarding rights. The program addresses the growing erosion of public trust in the judiciary, and highlights opportunities for action to strengthen courts’ role in protecting democracy.
