Washington Commissioner of Public Lands Hilary Franz hosts a virtual press conference to ask residents of Washington to be wildfire safe over the coming Memorial Day weekend. Franz is joined by experts in the Washington State Department of Natural Resources Recreation Program to provide an outlook for the summer wildfire season along with tips people can use to prevent new wildfires while working or recreating outdoors over the holiday.
