Fairfax Hospital petitioned for S.C. to be committed to 90 days of involuntary treatment and S.C. demanded a jury trial for the 90-day petition. The State moved to strike the demand, arguing S.C. had waived her right to a jury under CCR 3.3. The court agreed with the State and S.C. appeals. COA# 883020.
