Vancouver Audobon v. Dep’t of Natural Resources
- Vancouver Audubon petitioned for judicial review under the Administrative Procedure Act and for a writ of mandamus, arguing DNR failed to comply with the requirements of WAC 222-16-080. WFPA and DNR moved to dismiss the lawsuit, arguing Audubon had no standing to sue, it was not entitled to relief under the APA, and a writ should not issue as Audubon had other available legal remedies.
