O’Meara v. Circle of Med. Care
- Valerie O’Meara worked for Circle Medical as a nurse practitioner. After O’Meara was terminated in 2022, she initiated a complaint against Circle Medical for retaliation and wrongful termination. Circled Medical moved for summary judgment, which the trial court granted. The trial court denied O’Meara’s claim for a continuance and, later, her motion for reconsideration. O’Meara appeals.
