Dennis Bauer and two acquaintances were arrested in connection with three murders and theft of property. Bauer was convicted on three counts of aggravated murder in the first degree, four counts of theft of a firearm, six counts of unlawful possession of a firearm in the first degree, and six counts of possession of a stolen firearm, and was sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole. He appeals asserting that the court erred in admitting evidence and that his constitutional right to remain silent and to cross examine witnesses were violated.
