Anna K. Andrews, et ano v. Freeway Motors Inc., et al, Case no. 847953. Anna Andrews was injured in a three-car collision, and subsequently entered into a covenant settlement with the driver the court found liable, Alexandra Fox. The court found Andrews’s settlement reasonable and entered judgment on damages in an amount exceeding the limits of Fox’s insurance. On discretionary review, Privilege Underwriters Reciprocal Exchange (PURE), Andrews’s underinsured motorist insurer, which intervened in the lawsuit, asks whether it is entitled to a separate jury trial on damages.
