State of Washington v Rigoberto Galvan. A jury convicted Rigoberto Galvan of aggravated murder in the first degree, with a domestic violence and deadly weapon enhancement, and burglary in the first degree with a deadly weapon enhancement after Galvan shot and killed his ex-girlfriend. The trial court sentenced Galvan to life in prison without the possibility of parole. Galvan appeals. COA #846094. Whatcom County Superior Court #19-1-00991-37.
