State of Washington v Joel Duane Zwald. A jury convicted Zwald of one count of third degree child molestation, one count of second degree child molestation, and one count of second degree child rape. Zwald seeks a new trial, arguing that court commented on the evidence in its jury instructions and that the prosecutor committed misconduct.
