Carolyn Lange, et al.: Appellants contend the trial court erred in revisiting a prior judge’s summary judgment ruling which bars re-litigating the same damages from sexual abuse because plaintiff has already been paid the full judgment for those damages from a previous lawsuit against a different tortfeasor. Appellants argue the trial court misconstrued prior orders, misapplied the law of the case doctrine, and conflated the doctrine of double recovery with collateral estoppel. COA #846248.
