After condominium project developer’s insolvency, developer, lender and contractor agreed to a payment plan formula from the proceeds of condo sales where contractor received a deed of trust as security in exchange for not filing a mechanic’s lien. Disputes resulted in multi-party complex litigation including notice of foreclosures.
