BSRE Point Wells v Snohomish County. Beginning in 2011, BSRE Point Wells, LP applied to develop an “urban center” in Snohomish County on a former large industrial site. The Snohomish County government denied the application, concluding that it violated the Snohomish County Code’s requirements for access to transit and building heights, among other reasons. The superior court sent the case back for more process. Both parties ask the Court of Appeals to issue a ruling on the merits of the application. COA #838202.
