Current Governor of Kyiv Regional State Administration and former war crimes investigator Ruslan Kravchenko visits Tacoma to sign a commitment with Gov. Jay Inslee to engage in economic and academic exchanges between Kyiv Oblast and Washington state.
The City of Tacoma will also commit to a Sister Cities relationship with Brovary, Ukraine.
