Hall v. Hall (nka Lockwood)
Simon Hall appeals from the trial court’s entry of dissolution of his marriage to Alerian Hall (nka Lockwood). Hall challenges the trial court’s division of assets in favor of Lockwood and the maintenance award. He also challenges the court’s decision regarding the children’s post-secondary education, which excluded the 529 savings accounts from the property distribution, ordered the parents to pay their pro rata share of post-secondary educational expenses, and credited each parent with the account to which that parent’s family had contributed.
