State v. Dominguez
Jason Dominguez appeals his convictions for rape of a child in the second degree, rape of a child in the third degree, and communicating with a minor for immoral purposes. He challenges the absence of juror questionnaires from the record, the admission of evidence to show his “lustful disposition,” and amendments to the information after the State functionally rested.
