Raz Yaron v. Sierra S. Conley – Sierra Conley granted Raz Yaron an ownership interest in her cannabis retail company in exchange for leasing his commercial property. When she unilaterally removed him from the board, Yaron sued for breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, and declaratory and injunctive relief. The court rescinded the agreement and dismissed Yaron’s claims. Yaron appealed and this court reversed and remanded. On remand, the trial court determined that both parties were in breach of the contract, awarded Yaron damages and prejudgment interest, and declined to award Conley damages. Conley appeals. Yaron cross-appeals. COA # 852841. King County Superior Court #17-2-03466-5 SEA.
