Sound Ford Inc. v Central Puget Sound Regional Transit Authority. Sound Transit acquired real property operated by Sound Ford in connection with its South Renton Transit Center project. Sound Ford submitted a series of claims for reimbursement of various costs associated with its relocation. Sound Transit’s director of real property denied reimbursement of certain claims. Sound Ford appealed to Sound Transit’s hearing examiner, who upheld the director’s decision. Sound Ford appeals.
