Estate of Mnatsakanova. Ernest Arutiunov asserts that prior to her death Lada Mnatsakanova prepared a will that disinherited her husband Artur Markarov and left her property to him. He appeals the court’s order awarding Markarov a family support award of $838,800. He asserts that the award should have been smaller due to, among other things, the fact that Markarov would receive probate property, there should be a reduction due the mortgage on the property, and the quick sale of the property was for less than the fair market value.
