Snap Mobile Inc. v Michael Argyrou et al. After several of Snap’s former employees began working for its competitor, the company sued them for breach of the restrictive covenants in their employment agreements. The former employees successfully argued that Snap’s claims were precluded by the judgment reached in an Idaho lawsuit against the competitor for tortious interference with contract. Snap appeals the summary judgment dismissal of its claims on the grounds of both res judicata and collateral estoppel.
