Chris Walters v Robert S. Reynolds. Chris Walters filed a creditor’s claim against the Estate of Patricia Walters, claiming that Patricia, his sister, had wrongfully possessed property of their mother’s estate. The trial court determined that Chris was not a reasonably ascertainable creditor of Patricia’s estate and that the claim was time-barred. Chris appeals. COA #838806.
