On The Issues is a collaboration between Teach With TVW and the Legislative Page Program. Each week Teach With TVW Head of Civics Education, Corey Paulson, gives a 15 minute presentation, which educates the students on the current week’s topic, the committee that addresses that topic in the legislature, who the committee members are, and points them to resources for research. The students then arrive in our studio the next day with their prepared questions.
