On Monday, January 25th, the Senate Law and Justice Committee convened to discuss Senate Bill 5578 — relating to firearm safety. The bill prohibits the manufacturing, possession, distribution, sale, purchase and transfer of high-capacity magazines that are capable of holding more than ten rounds of ammunition.
