Your bill has been passed by the House and Senate both – Now it’s on the Governor’s desk:
The Governor has choices:
Sign it into law
Veto it
Partial Veto
Allow it to pass into law unsigned
Veto-
Legislature can override the veto but it takes a super majority and is very rare
Most of the time the Gov loves your bill
There has been communication with the Governor throughout the legislative session
Partial Veto

Usually a whole section or a line item veto
Most often bills get signed unchanged
