  • (1) Whether the trial court violated Rochester’s right to fair trial by an impartial jury when, during voir dire, a prospective juror recognized Rochester as a friend of known drug users.  Preliminarily, whether Rochester may raise this issue for the first time under RAP 2.5(a) when Rochester did not object below. (2) Whether the trial court violated Rochester’s right to confront witnesses when it admitted two recordings of drug transactions involving a confidential informant who did not testify. (3) Whether the trial court erred by imposing restitution to a county narcotics task force for unrecovered money used during the drug transactions.
