(2) Whether the trial court violated Rochester’s right to confront witnesses when it admitted two recordings of drug transactions involving a confidential informant who did not testify. (3) Whether the trial court erred by imposing restitution to a county narcotics task force for unrecovered money used during the drug transactions.
