Cassandra M. Raub v. Christopher H. Raub
In 2019, Christopher Raub and Cassandra Raub agreed to a parenting plan. In 2023, the trial court found adequate cause for Cassandra’s motion for minor modification of the parenting plan. After a trial, the court entered a final parenting plan granting Cassandra a major and minor modification of the residential schedule. On appeal Christopher argues, among other things, that the trial court could not order a major modification, the court relied on evidentiary errors, and the final parenting plan was not in the children’s best interests.
