A jury convicted Jeremy Solomon of unlawful possession of a firearm and possession of a dangerous weapon. Solomon appeals, arguing 1) the trial court erred by denying his motion to suppress the firearm recovered from the under the driver’s seat in his truck, 2) the prosecutor improperly elicited testimony about and commented on his right to silence, and 3) the charging document for possession of a dangerous weapon improperly omitted an essential element of the crime.
