State of Washington v. Karl Frederick Schweizer
Karl Schweizer pleaded guilty to one count of rape of a child in the second degree and one count of child molestation in the third degree. The court ordered a Special Sex Offender Sentencing Alternative (SSOSA). Later, the State successfully petitioned to revoke the SSOSA, alleging Schweizer violated several conditions of his community custody and treatment plan. Schweizer appeals, arguing that there was insufficient evidence to support revocation and that several of his community custody conditions are overbroad and therefore unconstitutional. COA # 871145.
