Brian Yorks v. Olimpia Yorks nka Gina Bloom,
- In a prior appeal, Gina Bloom appealed a parenting plan that awarded Brian Yorks decision-making authority and the majority of residential time. This court remanded to the trial court to make additional findings. After remand, the original trial judge recused himself, and the case was reassigned to a successor judge. Over Bloom’s objection, the successor judge entered additional findings to satisfy the mandate from the first appeal. Bloom now appeals those findings. COA# 876996. Snohomish County# 20-3-00465-31
