- Highmore Financing Co. sued Harju & Equinox for breach of fiduciary duty, breach of contract, negligent and intentional misrepresentation, unjust enrichment, and civil conspiracy. Zenith Insured Credit entered a payment arrangement with TGC to lend money for the purchase of high-end computer services and other equipment. TGC purchased equipment from StoreByte. Equinox Business Law Group PLLC and its attorney, Shawn Harju (collectively “Equinox”), acted as the escrow agent to the agreements between TGC and Zenith. Highmore claims Zenith was its agent.
