Navos v. Justyn Myles Busch
- Justyn Busch appeals a writ of restitution issued against him in an unlawful detainer action. The federal Violence Against Women Act (VAWA), 34 U.S.C. § 12491, states that Section 8 housing providers must include forms HUD-5380 and HUD-5382 in notices of eviction.
