Kristofer M. Olmon, Et Ano v. Armour Drain & Excavation, LLC, Et Ano
- Homeowners Kristofer Olmon and Jennifer Vinson filed a complaint raising various causes of action against Armour Drain & Excavation LLC, which provided sewer repair services. Homeowners substituted service through the Secretary of State under RCW 23.95.450(4). After Armour Drain failed to appear, the trial court issued a default judgment.
