  • A jury found Bryson Morgan guilty of first degree murder with a firearm enhancement. Morgan appeals, arguing, the trial court erred when it denied his peremptory challenge under GR 37, the trial court erred by admitting irrelevant, prejudicial evidence, the prosecutor and a witness erred by improperly commenting on Morgan’s right to remain silent, prosecutorial misconduct deprived him of his right to a fair trial, insufficient evidence supports the element of premeditation, and cumulative error deprived him of his right to a fair trial. COA #865595.
