- Benjamin Dobbs challenges orders entered after a dissolution trial. On appeal, Mr. Dobbs claims the court divided the marital property inequitably because it improperly valued the business formed during the marriage. Further, he claims the court erred in calculating his income and “double-dipped” by considering the business valuation in both the division of assets and as the source of income for spousal maintenance and child support.
