- Following dependency proceedings, the superior court entered orders terminating the parental rights to two children. On appeal, the mother claims that DCYF failed to offer her all necessary services. On appeal, the father claims, among other grounds, that there was insufficient evidence to support the finding that he was unfit to parent, that his right to due process was violated, that DCYF failed to show that his continued parentage diminished the children’s prospects for integration into a permanent home, that DCYF failed to offer him integrated services, and that termination of his parental rights was not in the children’s best interests.
