Lock v. American Family Insurance Co.
Following a trial on remand, Stephenie Lock obtained a judgment on her common law insurance bad faith claim. In this appeal she challenges the trial court’s limiting the trial to a single act of bad faith as well as its denial of an evidentiary hearing on racial bias and denial of attorney fees.
