The Digital Equity Forum At-Large Meeting convenes for a quarterly meeting.

- Welcome, DEF overview and charter norms review, update on WA Institute for Public Policy report
- Introductions, updated membership list, welcome aboard to new DEF members, sharing stories
- Report out on top budget/policy ideas shared with WSBO, possible next steps
- Review of charter intent on role of chair/co-chair: new and continuing Jonas Greene and Lisa Heaton, WSBO 15 members choose – yes/no vote roll call
- Listening to DEF members on workgroups focus, workgroup title survey and invitation to new workgroup leaders
- Broadband Resilient Futures Unit vision and strategies, upcoming outreach and partnerships; broadband roadmap
- Legislative report guidelines, workgroup shared space instructions, workgroup meeting scheduling
- Wrap up and DEF’s preparation for next meeting on Tuesday, August 4, such as: Charter review for updates/changes, workgroup report outs and work plans; vote for co-chair (if “yes” vote), reserve time for lived experience listening and outreach planning
