This giant, drive-through cedar stump at the Smokey Point Rest Area on I-5 was once a featured attraction on the old Pacific Coast Highway, Highway 99. The stump is an iconic symbol of the giant timber that graced the area, as well as a fun roadside attraction. It’s one of Ralph Munro’s favorite places.
