Governor Inslee Bill Signing

Governor Jay Inslee holds a bill signing ceremony at the State Capitol. The governor will sign a list of House and Senate bills including HB1078 regarding felon voting eligibility. List of bills here: ESHB 1078 – Relating to restoring voter eligibility for all persons convicted of a felony offense who are not in total confinement under the jurisdiction of the department of corrections, SHB 1114 – Relating to encouraging utility mitigation of urban heat island effects, SB 5021 – Relating to the effect of expenditure reduction efforts on retirement benefits for public employees, including those participating in the shared work program, SSB 5055 – Relating to establishing a statewide roster for arbitrating law enforcement personnel disciplinary grievances and publishing their decisions, SB 5058 Relating to making technical changes to certain natural resources-related accounts, SB 5077 – Relating to providing authority to licensed companies to allow licensed mortgage loan originators to work from their residences without the company licensing the residence as a branch office of the company, SB 5179 – Relating to blood donation, SB 5198 – Relating to personnel restrictions on ambulances in rural areas, SB 5322 – Relating to prohibiting dual enrollment between school employees’ benefits board and public employees’ benefits board programs, and SB – 5338 Relating to fire protection districts and education.
