Oleg Kiforenko et al v. Ross H. Moore et ano
Earl G. Stokes and Ross H. Moore formed Seattle Steamworks, LLC and Seattle Steamworks Real, LLC. Stokes and Moore later entered agreements assigning their membership rights to their respective trusts. After Stokes passed away, Stokes’s surviving spouse, Oleg Kiforenko, as trustee of the Stokes Trust, filed a complaint against Moore on behalf of the Stokes Trust and the LLCs.
