The State Liquor and Cannabis Board cited Racoon Hill LLC, a/k/a Doc’s Riverside Tap House (Doc’s), for violating the Governor’s COVID-19 proclamations. As a result, its liquor license was suspended for five days. Subsequently, Doc’s was cited for selling alcohol while its license was suspended, leading to a 15 day license suspension. Doc’s appeals.
