Robert A. Lerner v Philip P. Mann et al. Following a bench trial, Mann appeals the trial court’s finding he that committed legal malpractice in his representation of Lerner, when, among other things, Mann failed to advise Lerner he may be liable for attorney’s fees if the underlying action was dismissed. Mann argues the trial court erred by allowing Lerner’s expert witness to testify in the way he did and that the evidence overall did not support that he violated the standard of care, as well as complaining about the damages granted.
