Ephrata Trucking LLC v Phillip Traulsen. Philip Traulsen appeals the summary judgment dismissal of his claims against CDIC for breach of contract, breach of duty of good faith, and violations of the Consumer Protection Act and Insurance Fair Conduct Act, arising out of a traffic accident in which Traulsen was severely injured by a truck insured by CDIC.
